Upon approval of scope of work, you will receive an email invoice for 50% of commission cost due within 10 days. This secures your spot!

Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive an email advising the commission is in the queue and an approximate completion date. I allow myself 10-14 days for completion of one subject with simple background.

Upon completion of commission, you will receive a draft for review and potential revisions. Please respond within 48 hours.

I will accommodate two reasonable revisions after draft review. Revisions will be completed within 48 hours depending on nature and scope of revision.

After revision review, please send an email with approval to finalize. You will receive a final email invoice for the balance of the commission cost.

Upon receipt of final commission payment, your portrait will be sent to our print partner for printing on your selected material within 24 hours..

Your portrait will leave our print partner in 1-3 business days and ship directly to you with free standard shipping to the U.S. (2-7 days).
