Refund & Return Policy

A pet portrait is a unique and personal product created for you and your pet. Due to the customized nature of these commissions, I will not accept returns.

To avoid potential concerns with the commission, I always work with the client to receive acceptable reference photos and provide a proof for review with 2 revisions allowed before finalizing.

However, please contact me if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your commission. Customer satisfaction is very important and I want my clients to be completely delighted with their artwork. Should you decide that after the two revisions you are still not 100% happy, you are not obligated to finalize the purchase.

If for any reason I cannot start or complete the piece, I will issue a refund of any prior payments received.

If your artwork was damaged in transit, please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach photos of the product received. I will ship you a replacement within 7 days.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation may be granted at my discretion.
